Cancellation Policy
If you're ill or otherwise can't make it to your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can! MORE THAN 48 HRS NOTICE: We're happy to rechedule free of charge. Cancellations incur a small admin fee (3% of the full service price). LESS THAN 48 HRS NOTICE: We can only reschedule free of charge if your slot gets filled up. Otherwise, we can reschedule but there will be a fee of 50% of the full service price. For no shows or short-notice cancellations, we will have to retain the full appointment fee to cover our costs and loss of income.
