We’re Phaedra and Adriano Owlfinch. We’re married, we’re both massage therapists, and together we run this independent massage practice, offering relaxing and healing holistic massage to couples and individuals.
We’ve experienced first-hand the transformative effects of intentional touch in a relaxing environment, and we founded Owlfinch Therapies to bring those benefits to you.

We’re both level 4 qualified, fully insured, first aid trained and Massage Training Institute registered. All our massages are safe and professional, and we have a zero tolerance policy for sexual conduct. Our clients consistently rate us 5 stars! Find out more about the two of us here.

Varied techniques
We don't just follow a fixed sequence, we tailor each treatment to your preferences and needs. We're trained in a range of techniques from different traditions, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, chair massage, stretching and joint mobilisation, facial acupressure, and more.
Cosy extra touches
We massage in a lovely, spacious room on extra-padded, extra-wide and comfy massage tables, complete with heated blankets! No scratchy paper roll, just freshly laundered cotton drapes, plus your choice of scented massage oil and soothing background music.

We want Owlfinch Therapies to foster an inclusive space first and foremost. We believe everyone deserves self-care, especially those belonging to marginalised communities who might find it less easy to feel safe receiving touch from strangers.
We're both members of the LGTBQ+/GSRD and neurodivergent community. We strive to be anti-oppressive and anti-racist. We bring lived experience of chronic physical and mental conditions and invisible disabilities to our practice. We take a holistic, mental health and trauma-informed approach to massage that takes into account your physical and emotional needs and puts you as an individual first. We're not perfect, but we're always listening and learning and we do our best.
Whatever your feathers, whatever your flock, you deserve self-care. You deserve to be pampered. You deserve a massage.
